Randy Goleman is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who has been working in the mental health field for over 6 years. From humble roots, he grew up in a small town in southern Idaho, joining the military right out of high school. During his time overseas, he learned that the medical field was his calling. Seeing the pain others suffered, caused a fire inside him that set his path. After his honorable discharge, he dedicated his time in getting his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, getting his first exposure to the behavioral health field. Once he finished his nursing degrees, he found his new home in northern Idaho, getting the opportunity to hone his skills and knowledge at Kootenai Behavioral Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Having the privilege to work on the adult and youth units in the capacity of a floor nurse and charge nurse.  Knowing that he wanted to help more, he decided to get his Master’s Degree in the mental health field to expand his opportunity.

During his free time, he has found other avenues to help the community, including offering free CPR courses, being a past volunteer with Search and Rescue, and offering free classes in first aid/TCCC. He loves gardening, competitive running, obstacle course races, and being around his community.

With his ongoing desire to better serve others, Randy has taken it upon himself to continue his educational journey by starting a Family Nurse Practitioner program. This pursuit for knowledge has kept him striving for self-improvement, bettering the people around him, while treating his patients with the upmost compassion.
